I created a clean, high-end visual direction using elegant typography, balanced compositions and subtle motion that complemented the property instead of distracting from it.
I combined property footage with precise cuts, speed ramps, sound design, colour refinement and controlled motion graphics to keep each reel smooth and engaging.
The concept was to present each property as an experience, not just a listing, using cinematic storytelling to make the space feel desirable and memorable.
